Currently, we are doing pre-orders for our loafers. Once we close the site, the production will take approximately one month, and depending on the quantity of orders, it may take slightly longer. After production, shipping can take between 5 and 12 days, depending on your location. We currently do not ship to some islands, Latin America, Africa, or remote locations. Local shipping prices will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not cover shipping costs for returns.

After we receive your return shipment at New Money, we will initiate your refund within 3-7 working days.

This suede is meticulously processed in a premium tannery, resulting in a suede that stands out with its superior appearance, rich color, luxurious feel and most important, affordable.

We exclusively use highly coveted materials like our fresh and smooth Silky®️ Suede for our loafers.

All our loafers are stitched by hand.

Leather and Silky®️ Suede are natural materials with unique characteristics. They have a crisp feel, breathability, and a luxurious appeal. Over time, these materials will become more pliable and conform to the shape of the wearer. New Money uses only exceptionally soft and supple calf leather. To ensure the longevity of your product, we recommend treating it with a leather and suede protector spray, available at most high-end shoe stores.

• Linting: Use a brass lint brush or horsehair brush to hook up the lint, especially for lint that has hardened, this step is crucial to restore the fluffiness of the lint.
• Remove stubborn stains: For stubborn stains such as coffee, red wine, oil, etc., use a double-sided rubber eraser or a regular eraser for focused cleaning.
• Shaping: After cleaning, use shoe props to shape the shoes and correct the wrinkles and deformation of the upper with light finger pressure to maintain the shape of the shoes.
• Drying: When suede shoes get wet, use paper towels to soak up the moisture, then put them into a ball of scrap newspaper or other absorbent paper and place them upright to dry naturally, avoid direct exposure to the sun or baking.
• Maintenance: Make sure the shoes are dry and tidy before storing, you can put in desiccant and freshener, stuff the shoes with waste paper balls to set the shape, and avoid storing the shoes in an airtight plastic bag to keep the breathability of the shoes.
• Use shoe powder: If the suede shoes are particularly dirty and can't be cleaned with a brush, you can use shoe powder of the same colour to apply on them and then wipe them clean with a slightly damp towel.
• Renewal agent: After the upper is dry, you can spray the suede renewal agent evenly 15cm away from the shoes to make the colour of the suede consistent, and finally use a rubber smooth-bristle brush to tidy up the suede.
